Order Processing Information:
In order for us to keep our cost minimal and allow us to provide one of the best competitive price on our products, on the average our order processing will take up to 5 days.
Shipping Information:
Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight, size and dimensions of your items. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the page during checkout.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can confirm payments, process your items, shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.
Standard shipping deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses may take longer--up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- ALL Refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credits Only.
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item. Item must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item is repaired or replaced, we will re-shipped the item free of charge.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, if the item you received is different from the store's pictures or description. We will grant a refund, provided the product is un-opened and not damaged.

No refund for item that is custom order, as the item has been made to your personal requirements. I will have supplied you with photos approval prior to sending the item to you. If the item however is damaged in transit the same terms apply as above.

Order cancellation have to be requested before the order is processed (within 24 hrs of order). We regret that we would not be able to cancel an order that has been processed.

If a customer has a change of mind and would like to return the product(s), a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to the overall purchase. Moreover, ALL shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

A Price Match can be requested via e-mail to customerservice@stitchandmore.com before the order is placed. Price Match Approval can only be granted on a case by case basis with NO guarantee. Regretfully, we would not be able to provide a price match guarantee against any Auction houses.
